We acknowledge a commercial brief within 24 hours. A fully engineered, tailored quote takes approximately 7 to 14 days from receipt of architectural plans, because commercial tenders require structural, hydraulic and compliance work before a defensible number exists. If you are working to a tender close date, say so in the brief and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you rely on us.

To produce an engineered quote we then need architectural plans and site information — geotechnical data if it exists, intended bather load, and any compliance overlay such as heritage or DDA requirements.
