What is ORP?

Oxidation-Reduction Potential. It's a digital measurement of how effectively the chlorine is actively destroying bacteria.

Can I monitor the pool from my phone?

Yes, modern commercial control boards output live chemistry telemetry directly to secure web apps.

Why switch from sand to glass media?

Glass media filters out much finer particles, doesn't harbor biofilm like sand, and lasts vastly longer.

Is Ozone better than UV?

They do different things. Ozone vigorously oxidizes matter in the pipework, while UV is superior for destroying chloramines (smell). Often, we use both.

Do you upgrade existing plant rooms?

Yes, we undertake full 'rip-and-replace' retrofits of aging commercial plant rooms.
