Do you service all 44 listed locations equally?
Yes — but mobilisation cost and programme scale to distance from our Brisbane Northside operational base. SEQ (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast) carries no mobilisation premium. Outer QLD (Cairns, Townsville) and Sydney metro require programme adjustment for crew deployment and plant logistics.
Are you licensed to build in both Queensland and New South Wales?
Yes. Primary licence is QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission) covering all QLD commercial aquatic work. For NSW we operate under NSW Fair Trading registration, enabling full cross-border commercial delivery including Sydney metro, Hunter, and Illawarra.
Which councils have you worked under?
50+ councils across QLD and NSW — including Brisbane City, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Logan, Cairns Regional, Townsville City, Byron Shire, City of Sydney, Woollahra, Randwick, Wollongong, Newcastle, and Port Macquarie-Hastings. Each build is lodged with the relevant LGA.
Can you deliver in regional / remote locations?
Yes, with appropriate programme allowance. Remote QLD (Cairns, Townsville, Mount Isa corridor) and western NSW are delivered with extended mobilisation and on-site accommodation considerations. Our cost envelope (Stage 01 feasibility) accounts for this upfront.
Do your engineering standards vary by location?
Structural and hydraulic engineering standards (AS 1926, AS 2610, AS 3600) are national and constant. Location-specific adaptations include: cyclone-zone structural loading (FNQ/NQ), salt-air corrosion spec (all coastal), bushfire-zone compliance (NSW fringe), and heritage-overlay design (Noosa, Byron Shire, Sydney heritage areas).
What's your typical mobilisation radius from Brisbane?
Core radius is 400km (covers all SEQ + Northern Rivers NSW + Toowoomba with same-day crew return). Extended radius to 1,500km (Cairns, Sydney, Newcastle) with on-site accommodation during peak works. Feasibility decisions beyond 1,500km are project-specific.
