Commercial builds carry a 12-month defects liability period after practical completion, during which identified defects are rectified at our cost. At the end of the period the warranty pack is handed to the facility operator along with the operation and maintenance manual, as-built CAD and training records. Our portfolio carries no structural rework claims to date, which is the measure we hold ourselves to rather than the length of the warranty itself.
