Overcoming severe indoor ventilation challenges driven by high bather density and building a freestanding structural shell without excavating the leased warehouse slab — all while maintaining operational access for neighbouring tenancies.

How we engineered the answer.

We engineered a fully freestanding out-of-ground monolithic concrete vessel and installed high-output UV destructors combined with VSD pumps to hyper-turnover the water, keeping chloramine levels below detection threshold. The warehouse slab was never compromised.
