Meeting the strict 50.020m dimensional tolerance required for state and national swimming records, whilst simultaneously delivering a clinical hydrotherapy tank sharing the same plant room — and doing so under full public-procurement transparency.
The Applied Solution
We deployed real-time laser theodolite surveying during the concrete shoot and tile setting, with sub-millimetre feedback to the finishing crew. End-wall touchpads were installed before final grout, aligned to ±2mm at 50m. Hydrotherapy thermal regulation ran on an independent titanium-heat-exchanger loop.

Programme depends on vessel type and site access. Elevated and rooftop builds carry vertical logistics constraints that lengthen the programme, and council approval runs in parallel rather than after.
