Engineering constraints the brief would not forgive.

Meeting the strict 50.020m dimensional tolerance required for state and national swimming records, whilst simultaneously delivering a clinical hydrotherapy tank sharing the same plant room — and doing so under full public-procurement transparency.

How we engineered the answer.

We deployed real-time laser theodolite surveying during the concrete shoot and tile setting, with sub-millimetre feedback to the finishing crew. End-wall touchpads were installed before final grout, aligned to ±2mm at 50m. Hydrotherapy thermal regulation ran on an independent titanium-heat-exchanger loop.
