What Lismore does to a high-rise pools build
Subtropical inland — flood-zone hydrostatic pressure and high-humidity biological control are dominant concerns. For high-rise pools specifically, the exposure that matters is hydrostatic uplift when the water table rises during flood events. Our response on Lismore sites is hydrostatic relief valving, deeper anchorage, and a shell designed to survive being emptied at the wrong moment rather than floating. Developer and head-contract work here is programme-driven: the vessel sits inside someone else's critical path, so crane access, transfer-slab loading and acoustic isolation from the tenancy below are resolved during design rather than negotiated on site.
