What North Queensland does to a high-rise pools build
Tropical — cyclone-zone structural design and reinforcement loading are standard. For high-rise pools specifically, the exposure that matters is cyclone-season wind uplift, debris impact and extreme rainfall events. Our response on North Queensland sites is structural review against cyclonic loading, oversized overflow and balance-tank capacity, and mechanically fixed plant that will not migrate under wind or flood load. Developer and head-contract work here is programme-driven: the vessel sits inside someone else's critical path, so crane access, transfer-slab loading and acoustic isolation from the tenancy below are resolved during design rather than negotiated on site.
